These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nobelroute (the “Service”), a smart link shortener and deep linking platform owned and operated by Budder Technology LLC (“Budder Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing any Nobelroute links, you agree to these Terms.
Nobelroute allows you to create short links that redirect to destinations you provide, optionally supporting platform-specific targets (for example, different iOS and Android destinations) and click tracking analytics. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
Click tracking note: A “click” includes visits from a browser and also includes scans of a QR code that resolves to a Nobelroute link. QR code scans that open or attempt to open your Nobelroute link count toward your monthly click usage.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the destination URLs and link metadata you submit (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate these Terms.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (for example, routing redirects and displaying your links in your dashboard).
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Nobelroute complies with the terms, policies, and rules of any affiliate program, advertising platform, social platform, marketplace, or third party (including Amazon’s policies and the Amazon Associates Program). You understand and agree that you assume all risk associated with using the Service for affiliate links.
Nobelroute includes features intended to help users route links in a way that is compatible with common affiliate deep-linking requirements. For example, Nobelroute is designed to adhere to Amazon affiliate deep linking policies by routing certain Amazon links to an intermediate landing page where the visitor must click to continue to Amazon.
Important: We do not guarantee approval by any affiliate program, platform, or network, and we do not guarantee ongoing compliance. Program policies can change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest rules of any program you participate in.
We may remove, disable, or block links or accounts at any time if we reasonably believe they violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or harm users, partners, or the Service.
Note: Some apps, browsers, and platforms (including in-app browsers) restrict or block deep linking or app launching behavior. We do not guarantee that a link will open a specific app in every environment.
Nobelroute redirects to third-party destinations you provide. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Some features may be paid. If you subscribe to a paid plan or usage-based pricing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you and store payment method information.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Budder Technology LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that redirects will always function in all environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budder Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Budder Technology LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your links/content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by posting on this page). Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
